I wanted to start this account to motivate me in order to getting back into shape! It’s like a kind of transformation/goals/health journal, I don’t know how to call it yet. (We’ll see later)
I know it’s late but here is my 2019 year’s resolutions (the accurate, the ones i’ll be going to)
- 22lbs (10kg) weight loss (until August) 🏋️
-starting to do yoga 🕉️
-being more flexible 🤸
-have a better endurence and better breath🏃
-gain more strength in my arms 💪
-to became a sportive person 😚
-make 10 000 footsteps per day
-to pass this fucking JLPTN2 certificate and being more and more fluent in Japanese 🇯🇵
